Course Description

This course will combine theoretical and practical insights on customer-centric digitalization of companies. Digital customer centricity lies at the core of each and every business nowadays. Ensuring a seamless omnichannel customer experience should be the ultimate goal of every company that wants to successfully compete in the digital age. Prerequisites and admission

Prerequisites: Completed bachelor's degree.
Admission rule: The number of participants is limited. Admission on first come first serve basis.
Course registration: The course registration is via KSL and will be open from 07.02.2019 till 21.02.2019.
Additional information: The presence at case studies, guest lectures and final presentations is obligatory.
